I have enjoyed massages here for years, but my experience this time was different. For the first time ever, I was asked to pay for the treatment before it occurred. Your establishment is also now charging a $2 credit card processing fee. When I went to tip with cash at the end and asked for change, I was told that change could not be made. How can you charge a processing fee on a credit card, but not have the cash on hand to make change? I'm so tired of being nickeled and dimed everywhere I go. Based on principle, I won't be returning.
